Hi guys,

Following yesterday we are going to be releasing a second update on STEAM to address some of the immediate issues raised by the community. Our players experience means the world to us and so we want to use this forum as a place to gather all feedback on the new update before sending for console QA with Deep Silver and release across all platforms.

The update will come out on STEAM initially as it’s the quickest platform to get feedback from but if you are a PS3 / Xbox 360 user and want to make the issues you’ve had known to us please feel free to include.

We are also looking for PS3 save games from users with broken career data to help us resolve issues quicker. Please download to USB ports and email to [email protected].

When reporting issues please include the platform you’re playing on, the game mode you were in (single player (and then race now / testing / single season) / multiplayer / career etc) and the track / driver / settings you were playing at the time.

This update will address:

- Qualifying\pitstop issue - Where players are currently being held in the pits if they go in more than once during qualifying - Chase Elliott name displayed correctly - Michael Waltrip's body will now appear when celebrating wins - Undefined Qualifying time some players are getting during race set-up - Ensuring 16 cars in the Chase

We are still working to understand:

-Freezing issues some players are still experiencing -Having to restart career etc in order for the patch to take effect

For players experiencing odd behavious on-track (i.e. caution before re-starts / cars stacking / ghost cars / random cars on-track) we would ask you to delete all files and re-start, if issue persists add it to our messages.

We have noted reports from some players of wrong race lengths at Darlington and Kansas and an inability to access Watkins Glen as a track. We don't believe this has been an error on the general game but please provide screenshots if you are having either of these issues.

We will not be adjustig the size of players name in the windscreens to allow for longer names to be added however this is something we will consider for the future.
